Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase: an address report or the first payment of a subscription. Write to support@myhailmap.com. Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel Hail Maps Pro at any time from your account page (Manage billing). Access continues until the end of the paid period and no further payments are taken. Cancelling during the 7-day free trial means you are not charged. Later subscription payments are not refunded. Hail Maps is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Karpets A.V.
