The service
Hail Maps is software that shows hail estimated from public NOAA MRMS radar data (MESH) and NOAA/NWS ground reports: a public map of the last 30 days, address look-ups, paid address reports and a paid subscription with a full map and email alerts.
Data and accuracy
All hail sizes are radar estimates and public reports. They are NOAA data, not an inspection or an expert assessment of any property. Radar can miss hail or overstate it; locations are given within a radius, not for a specific roof. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record and the reseller of record for orders on this site. Dodo Payments handles payment, taxes, invoices, refunds and billing support under its Buyer Terms (https://dodopayments.com/buyer-terms).
Subscriptions and cancellation
Hail Maps Pro renews every month until you cancel. "Unlimited" alerts mean up to 1,000 ZIP codes and 50 alert areas per account. You can cancel at any time from your account page (Manage billing); access continues until the end of the paid period. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial you are not charged.

Text message alerts
Program: Hail Maps hail alerts. Subscribers can add a US mobile number in their account and tick the consent box to get up to one text a day, the morning after radar-estimated hail hits their alert areas. Message frequency varies with the weather. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@myhailmap.com. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Do not resell bulk data from the site, scrape it automatically or try to bypass access controls.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Individual Entrepreneur Karpets A.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
